Submission guidelines
Apostolic Experience Publishing is currently accepting manuscripts for Bible Study journals, Christian living books, Christian fiction, and Christian nonfiction. To be considered for publication, submit the author questionnaire and your book proposal by email to nmoore@apostolicexperience.com. Or you can submit your book proposal on CD by mail to

Your book proposal package should include the following
- An author questionnaire - Click Here To Download
- A Table of content page with chapter outlines
- Sample chapters
This should all have the following specifications
- It must be a Microsoft Word document
- It must be typed and double-spaced
- It must include Header and Footer text, as follows:
- Abbreviated title of Book in top left header
- Your complete name, in top right header
- Date submitted in bottom left footer
- Page numbers in bottom right footer
Manuscripts and CDs will not be returned.
Apostolic Experience Publishing publishes culturally relevant Christian education materials by Pentecostal authors. All materials will be checked for Biblical accuracy, and any materials that undermine the one God, Apostolic message for salvation will be rejected.
Unfortunately, there are times when we cannot accept even the best writings to be published under our name. If that is the case, we will offer you our book packaging services at our published cost. This is a service where we will edit, package, and print your books for you and deliver them to you. You will, in essence, be your own publisher. For more on these services, see our services page
Publishing Process - What to Expect
After you submit your manuscript, you will receive an answer within eight weeks. If we are interested in your manuscript, we will contact you for follow-up consultation and from that, put together a more detailed publishing plan. You can expect to receive a contract one month after that.
When we plan to publish your book, we take care of all of the publishing expenses. This includes editing for publication, book design, cover design, copyright protection, printing and marketing. If, however, your manuscript needs substantive editing, our regular editing fees will apply, so it is best to submit your best writing and rewrites. The time frame for publication is usually 6-12 months from contract acceptance.
Book Packaging
Do you want or need to publish your own book, but do not know where to begin? Start by doing some research on the publishing business and by visiting your local publishers' association. Then, call us to do the legwork for you!
We will package your book for you, meaning that we will turn your manuscript into printed copies of your book. You can then stick to the business of marketing and managing your book!
For one fee, we will edit your manuscript, apply for your copyright, design your book cover, design your inside layout, get your barcode, your first set of ISBNs and print your book. Call today for a quote!
